PILLOW GUARANTEE

My Dream warrants that your pillow will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, due to a manufacturing defect or material defects during the applicable limited warranty period; specifically subject to the limitations contained herein. This limited warranty begins at the time of purchase of the product.

It is understood that this limited warranty does not apply to cases of normal wear and tear or abuse, some aspects of which do not affect the quality of the product. It covers any deterioration in the cellular structure of the material that prevents the product from returning to its original shape.

The limited warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, is abnormally dirty or unsanitary. The limited warranty is only valid with the original receipt. Mon Rêve will cover all costs associated with replacing the defective product at the original retailer. All additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. If you have any questions or concerns, contact your authorized dealer.

Warranty Duration: Your limited warranty covers you from the date of your purchase. In the event we repair or replace your product, the warranty will not be renewed or extended but will continue from the original date of purchase.

The Limited Warranty may be in addition to other specific legal rights you may have. You may have further rights under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where any term of this warranty is prohibited by those laws, it will be null and void, but the remainder of this warranty will remain in full force and effect.

Removable pillow covers are warranted for one (1) year against defects in material or workmanship. Limited warranties do not apply if the pillow cover has been physically abused, damaged, burned, cut or torn.

· All removable pillowcase covers: 1 year
